Learning Teaching Training Activity in Heraklion
During October 19 – 21, 2022 twelve participants from Greece, Italy, Cyprus, and Germany met in Heraklion, Greece for the Learning and Teaching Training Association (LTTA) as part of the European Union funded Building Better – Online Action for Youth and the Creative and Cultural Sectors project.
The three goals of the LTTA were to:
- Learn – exchange knowledge and good practices among partners by training youth workers and educators in non-formal education methods which empower and support intercultural youth engagement
- Teach – expand the learning impact of participants coming from the participating organizations to increase the capacity building of each organization through the internal evaluation of learning results
- Grow – support cross-sectoral cooperation to include more staff members of partner organizations from different sectors (e.g., public authorities, arts and cultural sectors, training sectors, and the youth)
