IO1 is a series of asynchronous trainings that will provide local policy makers, youth workers and artists, representatives of the CCSs with knowledge and skills on how to face challenges, share ideas and practices and find opportunities to work together on collective resources in order to culturally engage youth to participate in the age of social distancing.

The training will have the form of asynchronous learning and will cover thematics such as:

Going Digital
How can local municipalities/youth organizations use social media or create online spaces and activities to keep young people engaged
Tools & innovative practices
that can help local actors to cooperate and to support young people's participation and engagement in the culture and creative sector
Ways of supporting young people
and especially young people with fewer opportunities, to face barriers to participating remotely
Personal well-being and arts participation
how youth workers policymakers and artist can support the encouraging individual creative exploration of young people
Working together / Success stories
Success stories of cross-sectoral cooperation between local authorities, youth organizations and CCSs
